When You Need A Way To Get Your Furniture Home And Set Up.

Now that you just purchased your new and beautiful rustic furniture, you will want to get it home quickly to start using it. We are here to help you with that and we have options for you that depend upon your exact needs. Our delivery area is Southeast and Central Texas and throughout the surrounding communities.

Your cost will be based upon the furniture you purchase, distance from the store to your delivery location, the floor the furniture needs to be delivered to, and set-up if you request it at the time of sale.

Delivery is typically available Monday through Friday, generally between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm. We will call you the day before your delivery day to let you know the approximate time we will be arriving, normally within a three-hour window.

Preparing For Your Delivery

to provide you with excellent customer service before, during, and after your purchase. That is one of the many reasons we offer our furniture delivery and setup services.

To make the process as simple and as seamless as possible, we offer some simple ways that you can help to be prepared and ready for your furniture delivery. By following these easy steps it will allow us to easily get your furniture in and set up if you chose this option, to enjoy all the great new rustic furniture you just purchased.

Following these steps will ensure a safe and speedy delivery.

Before Delivery

  • Please double-check the phone number and address on your receipt and provide a second phone number if possible.
  • An adult (18 or older) must be present at the time of delivery. They must also be aware of what was ordered and be capable of inspecting your merchandise for damages.
  • We will call you prior to delivery. Please be sure to answer the call. If no one is home when we arrive, we will make a second phone call attempt. If there is no answer to our second call, we will leave a sign on your door noting the time of the attempted delivery. Once our team leaves, an additional delivery charge will be applied to make an additional delivery trip.

Before Delivery

  • Some merchandise may require assembly. Please consult with your Sales Representative regarding the assembly requirements for your specific purchase(s).
  • If you would like the delivery team to assemble your furniture at your home, there is a nominal fee and this fee must be paid at the time of purchase! Our delivery staff cannot take payments of any type. If payment is not made at the time of purchase your furniture will be placed in the room of your choice, unassembled.
  • Additional fees will also apply for non-ground floor deliveries, narrow stairways, narrow entryways or other conditions that put our staff at risk of potential property damage or injury. Please make your Sales Representative aware of any conditions that may affect the delivery of your furniture. We will work with you when possible to find alternatives.
  • Prior to delivery, please ensure there is a clear path to where your merchandise will be placed. It is your responsibility to ensure the furniture you purchased will fit through your entryways.
  • Please check your merchandise thoroughly prior to signing for acceptance of your delivery. If there is an issue, please note and initial it on the delivery invoice before signing to accept your merchandise.
  • Any delivery issues, such as potential damage to your home or product, may require you to sign a waiver.
